2021-10-04 10:15 PM (Closed): User registration issue fixed.

2021-10-17 11:00 AM (Active): We are experiencing an issue with the system in which you will not see a successful transaction and tickets generated, but your payment is going through and your tickets are created in the database. Once we fix this issue you will see the tickets in your account. Expect an email by Tuesday, October 19 announcing the fix. If you tried and were charged multiple times, you will be refunded the additional transactions.
